Talent Specialist – Angard Staffing, Livingston
This is a full‑time fixed‑term contract (37.5 hrs/week) until December 2026, working on a rota basis (early, late and weekend shifts).
Responsibilities
- Support high‑volume recruitment campaigns and manage candidate applications through the full recruitment process from screening to offer.
- Attract candidates using diverse recruitment tools.
- Provide excellent customer‑service and handle candidate queries.
- Collect and verify right‑to‑work documentation on behalf of the client.
- Meet agreed targets and SLAs to satisfy client requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong customer‑service skills with confidence in exceeding targets.
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office.
- Effective verbal and written communication via telephone and email.
- Team player, flexible to support colleagues as required.
