Responsibilities for a Customer Service Advisor are:

4. Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right tools and methods
5. Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
6. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
7. Communicating and coordinating with internal departments
8. Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
