What our client is offering the successful General Manager: Annual salary £32,000 plus 10% of net profits Established customer base Permanent position Immediate interviews The Role: Responsible for all onsite operations Completing all relevant paperwork and documentation Organising and promoting social events to enhance revenue of the site Providing excellent levels of customer service and offering solutions to complaints Responsible for all Health and Safety on site Responsible for staff recruitment and management, conducting regular reviews, organising staff rotas and payroll.
