We're seeking a vibrant Inventory and Admin Manager to coordinate our daily warehouse and distribution activities. Be a key player in our award-winning supply chain team and help us deliver excellence!
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
* Responsibility and accountability for all Inventory for DHL & Customer owned stock, developing and maintaining effective inventory process, incorporating warehouse management systems
* Managing and ensuring all Admin tasks are maintained and monitored on a regular basis, with all required reports updated in line with SLA reporting.
* Audit internal departments in order to identify areas for improvement to avoid inventory integrity issues
* Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
* Attend daily meeting including Performance Dialogue representing Inventory
* Work close with the Finance Team to ensure inventory levels are aligned with budget
* Manage and plan location mapping for T departments as required

* WMS experience, JDA and SOP
