You will be joining a collaborative, highly regardedconsultancy known for delivering high-quality technical services and innovative solutionsto clients nationwide.Your New RoleAs aFire Risk Assessor, you will play a key role in delivering high-qualityfire risk assessments and fire safety advice to a wide portfolio of clients.This position offers the opportunity to work on complex and varied projectswhile supporting the continued growth of the fire safety discipline.Your responsibilitieswill include:
* Conducting Fire Risk Assessments (Type 1-4, depending on your level of competence) across a wide range of building types.
* Producing clear, accurate, and compliant FRA reports with suitable risk-based recommendations.
* Providing professional fire safety advice to clients, project teams, and internal stakeholders.
* Supporting audits, inspections, and fire safety surveys as required.
* Liaising with clients, contractors, and other consultants to ensure fire safety requirements are understood and implemented effectively.
* Keeping up to date with changes in legislation, standards, and best practice guidance.
* Supporting the wider fire safety team with technical knowledge and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and quality.

* Strong technical understanding of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and associated fire safety legislation and guidance.
* A recognised fire safety qualification such as the NEBOSH National Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management, IFE, or similar.
* A minimum Tier 2 accreditation (IFSM or equivalent) or a willingness to work towards it.
* A recognised qualification in Fire Risk Assessment (e.g., FPA, IFE, FireQual, or equivalent).
* Relevant experience carrying out Fire Risk Assessments across a range of building types.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey fire risk and best practice effectively to clients and stakeholders.
* Strong report-writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation.
