Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in the hospitality industry, particularly within food service. Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient food preparation and production.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with regulations.
* Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to ensure quality and consistency.
* Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain operations.
* Train and mentor staff in culinary techniques, hospitality skills, and customer service.
* Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth.
* Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism to enhance guest satisfaction.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
* Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and food production.
* Previous supervisory experience is essential; team management skills are highly valued.
