This is a structured growth role, designed to give you hands‑on experience, mentoring, and a clear path towards becoming a Marketing Executive or Specialist within your first two years.
The kind of person we’re looking for
When we hire, we do things a little differently. We’re not focused on a long list of tools or years of experience. What matters most to us is how you think and how you approach your work.
We’ve found that the people who thrive here share a few core traits:
* Curious – you love to explore new ideas, tools, and marketing trends, and you ask why things work, not just how.
* Collaborative – you enjoy learning from others, sharing ideas, and bringing people together to solve problems.
* Customer focused – you think about outcomes, not vanity metrics, and always connect your work back to audience needs and business goals.
* Grounded in fundamentals – you want to understand the principles behind great marketing: psychology, intent, and data, not just dashboards.
* Comfortable across boundaries – you like working with designers, developers, and strategists, and can see how it all fits together.
* Practical and adaptive – you get things done, know when to ask for help, and are happy to learn from mistakes.
* Excited by change – you’re interested in how AI and automation are shaping marketing, and want to be part of that journey.
If that sounds like you, we’ll give you the space, tools, and support to grow quickly.
You’ll be doing things like
* Supporting the setup and optimisation of Google Ads and paid social campaigns.
* Assisting with keyword research, SEO audits, and on‑page improvements.
* Helping to build reports and dashboards in GA4 and Looker Studio.
* Monitoring campaign performance, spotting trends, and sharing insights.
* Learning to use tools like Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
* Working with developers, designers, and UX specialists to align marketing with great user experiences.
* Exploring ways AI can support and accelerate SEO and marketing processes, from research and content creation to automation and analysis.
* Testing new AI tools and building simple workflows or prototypes that help improve how we work.
