The Major Risks Practice Division is made up of a team of strong Account Managers who are dedicated to providing the best possible service to their clients. Due to the growth within the Major Risks Practice Division, a permanent position for an Account Manager has arisen.
Your new role
Your new role as an Account Manager means you will be responsible for delivering high-quality account support across a portfolio of major risk clients. You will report directly to a Team Leader and collaborate closely with several Directors on the accounts you manage, working alongside Account handlers. Duties will include overseeing the
end-to-end management of client accounts, fostering and maintaining strong client relationships and delivering dedicated support across a broad range of industries and insurance classes, managing a diverse portfolio of accounts. You will also handle the day-to-day administration of accounts, including responding to client queries and supporting ongoing projects as they arise.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as a Commercial or Corporate Account handler or Account Manager handling large Corporate or Major Risks/Global accounts
will contribute to your success in securing this role. Ideally, you will have worked with larger commercial / corporate insurance cross class experience. You will be holding or working towards the Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications. You will be risk aware in handling customer information, able to work towards targets, strong attention to detail and fully proficient in Acturis. You will be able to show evidence of rapport-building and customer service skills with excellent communication and social skills. You will be due diligent and process driven to deadlines, happy to forward plan as well as organise and analyse information.
