About the Role
Join our vibrant team as a Lifeguard at Splash Waterworld, where your primary mission is to ensure our guests have a fantastic time while staying safe! Your keen attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills will shine as you monitor the pool and flumes, creating unforgettable experiences for everyone.
In this role, you will:
* Ensure guest safety while they enjoy our water attractions.
* Promote and run engaging poolside activities.
* Interact with guests to enhance their experience.
Typical working hours range from a minimum of 24 hours up to full-time (35 hours), with a mix of midweek and weekend shifts. Most shifts are between 8:30 AM and 6 PM, with occasional shifts extending until 9 PM.
Live-in accommodation may be available for those over 18 relocating for a full-time position.
A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential for this role.
About You
We are on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who naturally connect with a diverse range of people. If you are a strong swimmer with a sharp eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
In this role, you will:
* Monitor the pool during busy times to ensure safety.
* Work collaboratively with a fantastic team, while also being able to supervise independently.
Our business operates 7 days a week, so flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are key. You will play an essential role in our team!
