Bankhall Court in Govanhill offers a 24‑hour residential dementia service for 17 adults. As a Personal Assistant, you will support residents such as Martin, helping them live well with dementia and achieve personal outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Assist residents with personal care, moving and handling.
* Provide positive behavioural support and expand social networks and connections.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure safety, wellbeing and aspirations of residents are met.
* Create and support individual personal outcomes throughout the dementia journey.
