Senior Energy Consultant - Commercial Buildings
Shrewsbury - Hybrid.
Salary to £55k

Working for a successful, sustainability-driven MEPH consultancy. My client specialise in designing and managing technical engineering solutions for the built environment, serving a blue-chip portfolio
They prioritise a 'software first' approach, combining applied building physics and digitalisation with traditional MEP consultancy to optimise asset performance.
This is a hybrid role (depending on the candidate's location), requiring UK-wide travel and periodic attendance at our head office in Shrewsbury
* Delivery of Commercial Energy Performance Certificates using IES dynamic simulation modelling software.
* Supporting the delivery of energy audits to BS EN 16247.
* Work with the team to develop real building lifecycle and upgrade strategies contributing to improved energy performance.
* The delivery of energy efficiency to clients to reduce operational costs and improve building asset ratings.
* Strategic and tactical input to the development of new products and services
You will have the following:
1. Minimum of five years industry experience.
2. Strong knowledge of building services.
