Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Weighbridge Administrator to join our client. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate weighing of vehicles entering and leaving the site, alongside providing key administrative support to the wider operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Weigh vehicles in and out of the site using the weighbridge system
• Accurately record vehicle weights and relevant documentation
• Verify delivery and collection paperwork
• Maintain accurate electronic and manual records
• Provide general administrative support as required
• Communicate effectively with drivers, site staff, and management
• Ensure compliance with site procedures and health & safety policies
Requirements:
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Strong computer literacy and confidence using digital systems
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
