Create has partnered with ladieswear manufacturers, who make fast fashion clothes to well-known high street brands. They are requiring a Garment technologist to start end of January 2026. About the Role : 5 days a week full-time in the office, NO Hybrid. Responsibilities : Attending Customer fit sessions for ladieswear multi product garments. softs wovens, tailoring Candidate will be required to front the fit meetings and give suggestions on fit comments required for each style being fitted. Amend paper patterns to sealing stage and then send the sealed paper pattern to our external grader. Work closely with in-house sample machinists; all fit sample and factory sealer samples are made in-house. Send sealer sample to the factory and email Technical Packs/measurement charts to the factory. Approve Pre-production Samples from the factory before orders can be cut. Prior to production being cut, liaise with our in-house factory Quality Controllers. Work closely with Production Manager to ensure we are sticking to the critical path. Complete Customer workbooks; these will vary from Customer to Customer. Attend fit meetings, amend paper patterns, create tech packs for the factories with all the specs and make details, approve pre-production samples, and complete workbooks. Qualifications : Minimum of 6 years' experience required amending paper patterns. Basic Grading knowledge required. Driving license would be preferred, but not essential. Required Skills : Experience in amending paper patterns. Knowledge of grading. Ability to work collaboratively with others.
