Principal Engineer- Highways Rate: £60-£65 p/hour Contract: 40 Hours per Week An experienced Principal Engineer is required to lead the delivery of major highways and infrastructure projects from concept through to completion. This role will see you managing complex programmes valued above £5m, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and overseeing technical delivery, governance, funding, and stakeholder engagement within a Local Authority environment.
