Job Summary

Join us on Cornwall's sunny south coast, where exceptional medicine meets life by the sea.

Are you ready for a change of scene and pace whilst continuing to practice outstanding medicine? Nestled in the heart of beautiful Falmouth, our practice offers the rare chance to combine clinical excellence with a lifestyle most doctors only dream of: turquoise sea, sandy beaches, harbour walks, and a vibrant community that blends university energy with coastal calm.

At Trescobeas Surgery, we are a well‑established, patient‑focused GP partnership serving around 10,700 patients with a dispensing branch and fully integrated within our Local Primary Care Network. We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic GP to join our team for six sessions per week, with a genuine view to partnership.

About Us

* A friendly, supportive environment – Five experienced partners and four salaried GPs working closely with our multidisciplinary team of practice nurses, paramedics, pharmacists, physiotherapists, social prescribers and mental‑health practitioners delivering excellent joined‑up care.
* A modern model of care – We operate a total triage system that allows genuine flexibility, excellent continuity and the ability to focus on what really matters to patients.
* A training and teaching culture – We are a training practice for undergraduates and GP trainees, fostering a supportive and developmental environment for both new and experienced clinicians.
* Scope for developing your interests – We offer family planning, minor surgery and joint injections, and encourage clinical leadership and innovation in areas of personal interest.
* Balanced working life – You will take part in duty sessions, prescription reviews and home visits on a rota basis, supported by an experienced admin and management team who keep non‑clinical workload to a minimum.
* An enviable lifestyle – Work where people come on holiday surrounded by stunning coastline, world‑class sailing waters, excellent schools, and a welcoming Cornish community.
