We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our growing team at VR Bathrooms!
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and making a real impact on stock accuracy and availability across the business. You’ll work closely with operations to ensure inventory is managed effectively while helping improve the overall flow of stock throughout the company.
The role will involve taking ownership of stock control and purchasing activities, ensuring stock levels are accurately maintained and replenished in line with business demand. You’ll be responsible for forecasting stock requirements, placing purchase orders, monitoring inventory movements, and investigating discrepancies when they arise. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time. Regular stock counts, reporting, and analysis will form an important part of the position, helping identify trends, improve processes, and support better operational decision-making across the business.
We’re an established wholesale bathroom company with a fast-paced and supportive working environment, and we’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Previous experience in stock control, inventory management, purchasing, or supply chain operations would be advantageous.
The ideal candidate will be confident working with data and systems, capable of managing multiple priorities, and comfortable collaborating across different departments.
