Role Responsibilities
As a Graduate Education Recruitment Consultant, you will:
* Identify and source top education professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and schools, acting as a trusted advisor.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from screening candidates to arranging interviews and negotiating job offers.
* Develop an in-depth understanding of the education sector, school requirements, and market trends.
* Consistently meet and exceed performance targets, unlocking excellent earning potential and career progression.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will be:
* A 2025 graduate (any discipline) with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
* Ambitious and driven, with a passion for building relationships and achieving targets.
* Resilient and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
* A strong communicator, able to engage with both clients and candidates effectively.
* Ideally, has experience working alongside university in customer-facing, sales, or administrative roles.
