What You'll Be Doing:
* Survey a range of properties across Scotland
* Inspect, measure, and verify property details for key proposal submissions
* Capture essential property data - including photographs, sketches, and referencing notes
* Maintain accurate records and update internal IT systems with survey findings
Who We're Looking For:
* A detail-oriented individual with a keen interest in Commercial Real Estate
* Someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
* Ideally, experience within property - though training will be provided
* A full UK driver's license (travel across Scotland required)
