Operations Coordinator!
We’re looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Coordinator to become an integral part of a well-established, high-quality boutique service provider in a full-time, permanent position!
This is a key position at the heart of the business, combining administrative expertise with operational involvement to keep everything running seamlessly. The role offers real variety and ownership, making it perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, taking initiative, and being part of a fast-moving environment where every day brings something new. This role is to provide day-to-day support as an Operations Coordinator, ensuring smooth business operations Main Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the preparation of sales proposals and quotations
2. Upload and manage documents using internal systems
3. Manage the Managing Director’s diary, including scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
4. Organise and set up Microsoft Teams meetings
5. Maintain and develop strong customer relationships through effective communication
6. Attend client meetings where required and take accurate minutes/notes
7. Support exciting marketing activities, including blogs, website updates, and liaising with the external marketing agency
