The Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business goals. You’ll play a key role in driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement across the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
* Provide expert guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, and change management.
* Lead talent management initiatives including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
* Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decisions.
* Champion a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and employee engagement initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.
* Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and business acumen.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Analytical mindset with experience using HR data to inform decisions.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
