Sitting within DTI, the Digital Delivery Hub digitally transforms the FCA's regulatory services to efficiently meet the needs of all stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities
* Act as a point of escalation for internal and external stakeholders including engagement with suppliers
* Support a Senior Manager in delivering the Digital Delivery Hub roadmap within an Agile and DevSecOps environment
* Assist with the planning of delivery activities and maintaining delivery roadmaps
* Monitor key delivery risks across the Digital Delivery Hub and escalating to senior managers where required
* Coordinate & manage reporting requirements across the Digital Delivery Hub
* Communicate delivery progress, risks and issues to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
* Provide flexible support across delivery activities to meet changing delivery priorities
* Contribute to the development of a new Digital Delivery Hub capability and shaping ways of working and delivery culture
Minimum Skills required
* Demonstrated experience supporting teams to manage delivery outcomes through contribution to delivery roadmaps and detailed delivery plans, aligning work to strategic priorities
* Experience acting as a central point of contact within delivery teams, translating stakeholder requests and coordinating responses with development teams or Senior Managers
* Demonstrated experience working within Agile, Lean and DevSecOps environments, selecting and applying appropriate agile practices to suit delivery context and team maturity
Essential
* Extensive experience applying Agile and Lean practices, adapting delivery methods to context, encouraging experimentation and helping teams measure and visualise outcomes
* Ability to effectively bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders, manage expectations, support clear communication and facilitate challenging or sensitive discussions
* Capability in maintaining delivery momentum by monitoring team flow, reporting progress and managing risks, issues and dependencies
* Experience supporting, challenging and improving complex processes, helping teams implement new ways of working and adjust to planned changes
* Data‑driven approach to planning and problem solving, supporting dependencies, removing blockers and helping teams plan capacity in complex delivery environments
* Collaborative leadership style focused on building motivated and empowered teams, addressing issues constructively and ensuring appropriate team composition for delivery that meets objectives
