Overview
We're looking for a Senior Payroll Consultant PY-GB to support the team during the rollout of SAP HR.
Mandatory Skills
* Significant experience in SAP HCM with a strong focus on Payroll GB
* Experience in full-cycle SAP Payroll GB implementation, Migration and Hypercare phases.
* Extensive experience with statutory requirements (RTI, NI, tax, pension auto-enrollment, court orders, student loans, statutory absences, salary sacrifice).
* Experience with SI (statutory interfaces) and third-party integrations such as HMRC, BACS, and pension providers.
* Requirements gathering, discussion and guidance on best practices for implementation (Hybrid technical-functional capability)
* Expertise in Payroll configuration including Schema / rules configuration.
* Knowledge about GB statutory requirements in SAP (ex. Statutory Payments (SMP, SSP)) with regards to absence configuration
* GB payroll legislation, tax codes, RTI, Legal reports, P45, P60, and HMRC compliance
10 years is a plus
Optional Skills
* SAP ABAP and Time Management experience
Main task / activity
Supporting the project team during implementation with complex requirements, and providing advisory guidance to the customer and project team on legal topics and relevant SAP notes.
Other tasks and activities
Support the solution design for the Payroll component.
Implement specific PY-GB requirements in coordination with the project team.
Provide advisory support for Data Migration focused on Payroll.
Guide the project team during implementation.
Clarify requirements and solutions with the customer and project team.
Support UAT, defect resolution, and integrated testing with HMRC.
Provide Go-live and Hypercare support.
