HGV Class 1 PM Drivers Wanted In Sheffield!
Interaction Recruitment are looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers/HGV Drivers/LGV Class 1 Drivers/LGV Drivers/Class 1 Drivers working ADHOC shifts (ongoing work is provided) at our large, national distribution Client in Sheffield (S9).
Our client is one of the biggest names within the HGV industry, with the latest vehicles on the market, which means you get the best HGV experience and a top range vehicle to work with.
**12 Months UK HGV Class 1 Driving Experience Required***
Working Hours:
PM Start Times - Night drivers start times between 1430-1900
Pay Rates – PAYE £16.00 / £16.50 P/hr- Ad hoc
Various shift patterns available- also can provide Mon-Wed, Wed-Thur/ Fri-Sun (Weekend- £17.00p/h)
Job role -
· Distribution/ Supermarket supplies- Haribo Sweets, Shark Appliances/Air Fryers/ Takis Brand.
·The work isAmbient RDC deliveries. Normally full loads, side or rear (bay) tips or trunking between depots with trailer swaps.
About You:
-You should hold a valid HGV 1/C+E Licence.
-No more than 6 points no DD/ DR Code convictions.
-Hold a current valid DCPC & Tacho cards.
-Understand and able to comply with Driver's hours and WTD legislation.
-Able to understand and carry out necessary vehicle checks to ensure vehicle safety and able to report defects correctly.
-Should comply with on-site health and safety requirements
-Excellent communication skills.
