Overview
We seek experienced Landscape Planners, from Senior to Associate level, to join our Environment team based in our Cirencester office. We operate across the UK, delivering exceptional and sustainable development services.
At Pegasus Group, landscape planning is crucial to project delivery. We use strategic landscape analysis to guide development principles and deliver sustainable designs.
Responsibilities
* Deliver workstreams including Landscape Appraisals, LVIA’s, TVIA’s, greenbelt and greybelt assessments.
* Collaborate with team members on high-profile projects and liaise with barristers for planning appeals when required.
Requirements / Qualifications
* A degree or postgraduate diploma in Landscape Architecture
* Chartered Member of Landscape Institute
* Proven understanding and experience in LVIA’s, feasibility studies, landscape planning and design, supporting landscape statements and mitigation strategies
* A track record in the energy and residential sectors
* Experienced professional with strong technical report writing skills
* Demonstrated project management experience and strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently
* Proactive, strategic and analytical approach to supporting client requirements
* Sound commercial acumen
