The Role: As the Head of Engineering, you will be at the forefront of our engineering operations, ensuring the smooth running of our Grimsby site. This role is perfect for a seasoned engineering professional with a strong technical background and leadership experience. You will oversee a team of 15 engineers, manage the PPM schedules & CAPEX plan, and work closely with operations and new product development to align factory capabilities with our innovative product offerings. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the engineering strategy, focusing on proactive rather than reactive measures. Oversee effective Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules. Collaborate with operations and NPD teams to introduce new products. Manage the CAPEX plan for the site. Ensure the smooth operation of unique equipment, including large-scale kettles and cauldrons used in batch cooking. What We're Looking For: Extensive experience in engineering within a similar manufacturing environment. Strong technical background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Proven leadership skills with experience managing engineering teams. Comfortable with fabrication and buildings maintenance. Ideally, experience with heat-based machinery and liquid form ingredients.
