Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* People Supply Chain Analytics:
Detailed analysis of attrition, shrinkage, and exit interview data by LOB and leadership tier.
* Employee Engagement:
Execution of structured pulse checks and floor engagements to surface early warning indicators of disengagement.
* Onboarding & Early Tenure Support:
Strengthening the 0–90 day employee lifecycle to reduce early-stage attrition ("infant mortality").
Qualifications
Recent graduate with a B.Sc. in Human Resources or Management Studies.
