As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our hiring strategies and ensuring we attract the best talent across The Boots Group.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our TA team, you will:
* Act as a brand ambassador across all social media channels, showcasing the unique culture and opportunities at Boots.
* Collaborate with People Partners and stakeholders to understand current and future resource needs, ensuring we have the right talent in place.
* Create innovative recruitment plans to source top talent and maintain robust talent pipelines.
* Deliver exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process, ensuring every interaction reflects our values.
* Provide insights into external labour markets and competitive dynamics to influence hiring decisions.
What You’ll Need to Have (Our Must-Haves)
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
* Significant experience in full life-cycle recruitment, particularly in fast-paced environments.
* Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and stakeholders.
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Knowledge of recruitment attraction strategies, including social media and campaign management.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
* Experience in interviewing and selection design.
* A customer-centric approach to recruitment activities.
* Awareness of digital recruitment benefits and a desire to explore this area further.
