InstaStaff are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a company based in Birmingham City centre.
You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and be the first point of contact for customers phoning up to renew or purchase the company’s products.
The duties of the Customer Service Advisor will include:
* Handling inbound calls from new and existing customers
* Act as first point of contact to all customers contacting the business
* Processing applications
* Responding to emails
* Manage complaints
* Provide high quality service throughout the customer lifecycle
* Ensuing all accounts and information provided are correct
* Inputting all details onto the inhouse system
The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have:
* Experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* The ability to resolve queries and questions
The department is open from 8am until 6pm Monday to Friday, you will work a mix of hours they will be 8am – 4pm, 9am – 5pm and 10am – 6pm.
The salary for this role is £14.50
This is a long temp temporary role, with the possibility of it going permanent for the right candidate
