Stock Administrator
My client who work within the manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Stock Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with the right skill set and passion to join a fantastic team.
Key Details: Stock Administrator
1. Monday to Friday – 39 hours per week with an early finish on the Friday.
2. Temporary to permanent contract.
3. Salary ranging from £28,000 – £30,000.
Duties and Experience: Stock Administrator
4. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of stock management processes.
5. The role will work closely with engineers, subcontractors and project teams to maintain efficient stock control, process job sheets, manage stock replenishment, and handle stock-related queries.
6. Stock Meetings & Planning – Attend weekly stock meetings to understand requirements.
7. Job Sheet & Stock Management – Process job sheets, book out stock, chase incomplete sheets, and manage callout/PM call sheets to ensure timely dispatch and invoicing.
8. Stock Queries & Communication – Serve as the main point of contact for all stock-related queries from engineers and internal teams.
9. Must have the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
10. Previous stock management experience is required.
