Registered Manager – Children’s EBD Home

We’re looking for an exceptional Registered Manager to take the reins of a brand-new Children’s EBD home, guiding it through the SC1 registration process and beyond.

The owners are deeply passionate about supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Learning Disabilities (LD). The Role
* Lead the SC1 registration process, including sitting the Fit Person’s Interview
* Build and develop the home’s culture, ethos, and care model from the ground up
* Inspire and guide a dedicated care team, leading from the front in both practice and example
* Ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance with Ofsted
* Drive occupancy and ensure the home meets its long-term objectives
What We’re Looking For
* An experienced Registered Manager or a very experienced Deputy Manager ready for the next step
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent/working towards)
* Solid understanding of Ofsted regulations and children’s residential care standards
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of delivering excellent outcomes for children
