Duties

* Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff members.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
* Process invoices and manage basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
* Maintain an organised workspace and ensure that office supplies are adequately stocked.
* Collaborate with team members to support various administrative functions as needed.
Requirements
* Previous office experience is preferred, showcasing familiarity with administrative duties.
* Proficient computer skills including typing speed and accuracy.
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Experience with data entry and clerical responsibilities is advantageous.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
