Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in managing large-scale ductwork/mechanical projects from inception to completion. This role will oversee the full project lifecycle, including design coordination, procurement of major plant and equipment, installation management, and stakeholder liaison. The successful candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with commercial awareness and leadership skills to deliver high-value, complex projects safely, on time, and within budget.


Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

* Lead end-to-end delivery of large ductwork (airside) projects, from pre-construction through commissioning.
* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
* Ensure compliance with project specifications, technical drawings, and quality standards.
* Manage multiple subcontractors and suppliers to ensure performance, safety, and contractual compliance.
