Vision for Education are seeking to appoint a dynamic and passionate Music Teacher for a well-regarded mainstream secondary school in Blackburn. This full-time role is to start in October 2025, with the potential to continue on a long-term or permanent basis.
The Role
As a Music Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4). You’ll be working as part of a small, dedicated department with access to good resources and strong support from school leadership.
The school is open to applications from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for music education.

Requirements
To be considered for the Music Teacher role, you must:
1. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
2. Have experience or sound knowledge of teaching KS3 and KS4 Music
3. Be committed to creating an inclusive and engaging classroom environment
4. Be adaptable, proactive, and a team player
