We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Scheduler to join a brilliant team in Bradford. The Scheduler is responsible for scheduling maintenance visits and appointments and ensuring they are compliant with industry / company standards, customer service level agreements / expectations and KPI's. What you'll be doing * Contact clients to schedule appointments for inspectors to visit premises. * Allocate / plan jobs to achieve company goals and time limits. * Communicate jobs to inspectors in a timely manner. * Maintain the Master Planning Schedule. * Reschedule and document cancelled appointments * Co-ordinate with operatives, inspectors and other team members to ensure a timely and efficient service delivery.
