As a learning mentor, you will be leading tailored support sessions with additional needs across the school aiding them to improve in areas of academic weakness. This role will include working with SEN including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language etc. You will need to be an adaptable individual, tailoring the way you teach and support each student.

Learning Support Mentor: The Role
* Learning Support Mentor
* Assisting students across KS3, KS4 & KS5
* Holding 1:1 and group academic support sessions for students
* Promoting a purposeful and supportive learning environment
* Supporting SEN students regularly (ASD, ADHD, SP&L etc)
* ASAP Start - Full-time position
* 90 - 110 per day - Term time only
* Located in Redbridge, London

Learning Support Mentor: Ideal Candidate
* Have a Degree from a reputable University
* Have a passion for the curriculum and supporting young people
* Have previous experience working with SEN needs (ASD, ADHD, speech & language etc)
* Can effectively establish and maintain positive working relationships
