Customer Success Manager – UK
Location: Hybrid (1 day in London office)
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 + Commission
About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager with significant experience in EdTech to join a fast-scaling, tech company.
You’ll be managing complex, enterprise-level relationships within the education sector, ensuring clients achieve measurable value from the platform while also driving renewals and expansion.
You’ll need to be ambitious, high-performing, and credible in front of senior stakeholders—someone who speaks the CSM language, has the structure and rigour to run success plans, and the confidence to advise clients as a trusted partner.
If you’ve been in customer success in a start-up or growth-stage EdTech company and can demonstrate results, this could be the opportunity to take real ownership.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Own onboarding, training, and adoption for new education clients
