Looking to shape digital experiences that connect millions of patients with the health solutions they need most?

Proclinical is seeking a Consumer Engagement Website Manager to join our team in a hybrid-remote role based in Basingstoke, UK. In this role, you will ensure that the website experience is engaging, informative, and supportive for consumers across the Northern European Hub, including the UK and Nordic markets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and optimize content, ensuring compliance and alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a website strategy and roadmap for the Northern European Hub.
2. Plan, execute, and optimize website content, including localizing global content and creating impactful local content.
3. Collaborate with creative agencies to oversee campaign development and amplification.
4. Ensure all content complies with legal and regulatory standards.
5. Monitor website performance using data analytics, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous optimization.
6. Partner with IT and global web teams to ensure seamless technical functionality.
7. Work with internal teams to enhance user experiences for key audiences, such as healthcare professionals, job seekers, and corporate communications.
8. Provide clear communication and alignment on campaigns across various departments, including marketing, market research, communications, digital sales, medical affairs, and legal.
9. Stay informed about external trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Key Skills and Requirements:

10. Strong project management skills with experience delivering complex projects within tight timeframes.
11. Passion for understanding consumer needs and leveraging insights to drive impactful website experiences.
12. Expertise in website content development, localization, and amplification within the UK and Nordic markets.
13. Knowledge of SEO strategy, including optimizing content for search visibility and collaborating on technical and marketing elements.
14. Experience with UI/UX and platform migration is a plus.
15. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and embed new processes.
16. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and deriving actionable insights.
17. Excellent communication skills to convey strategies and align diverse stakeholders.
18. Resilience and experience in driving consumer-focused transformation within a healthcare setting.
