Key Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload focusing on probate and trust administration, while handling occasional wills and powers of attorney.
* Contribute to departmental strategy through team meetings and participate in process development.
* Support process development and participate in departmental management discussions.
Qualifications
* Qualified solicitor or legal executive with 3–5 years PQE in private client law.
* In-depth experience handling probate and trust matters.
