Key Responsibilities: For a Building Control Surveyor, responsibilities will include: Achieving specific objectives defined by others Working with the wider team to develop objectives using their own experience and interacting with others to resolve issues. Completing certain aspects in their arena of responsibility in the bids that are submitted Understanding the risk profile within a contract and generating new business opportunities from that understanding as required Knowing what part they will play in the overall game plan generally in a supportive capacity.
