The role
Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements: We need an experienced and proactive IT Support Engineer with hands-on experience in a structured IT support environment. We need strong Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration experience. We need knowledge of Intune MDM and Conditional Access fundamentals. We need experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP. We need strong networking fundamentals, including VPNs, VLANs, TCP/IP, and Wi-Fi. We need knowledge of endpoint security, antivirus management, and EDR concepts. We need excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills. We value experience with ITIL Foundation, Microsoft certifications, VMware, and exposure to cybersecurity, SIEM, and MDR solutions. Responsibilities: We provide end-user support via phone, email, portal, and ITSM ticketing systems. We manage Joiners, Movers, and Leavers processes. We support and administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Intune. We manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP. We troubleshoot networking issues, including VPNs, VLANs, and Wi-Fi. We monitor and support servers, storage, backups, and virtual environments. We assist with patching, vulnerability remediation, endpoint security, MDR, and SIEM solutions. We support ITIL service desk processes, change management, and major incident management.
