Job Title: Nursery Assistant
Location: Woodham House, Carlton Rd, Woking GU21 4HE
Salary: Up to £26,190 per annum
Hours:4-day and 5-day working options
Reports to:Room Leader/Nursery Manager

Requirements
* A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life.
* A solid understanding of child development, the Birth to 5 Matters framework, and the EYFS curriculum.
* A Level 2/3 qualification in Childcare and a minimum grade C/4 in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
* Form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported.
* Excellent communication skills, the ability to give and receive feedback, and a positive, proactive approach.
