Housing Options Officer Contract Length: 6 Months (Likely Extension) Working Pattern: 1-2 days in office Pay Rate: Negotiable Location: Hertfordshire Experience needed: · Over 2 years' experience in Local Authorities, using knowledge of HRA 2017, and other housing legislation. · Extensive experience carrying out Relief duty. · Experienced offering assistance, advice, and solutions on housing options. · Proficient in issuing main duty, S184 decisions. · Successfully dealt with homelessness presentations in line with the Housing Act 1996 Part VII from initial presentation to Section 184 notifications and beyond.
