Job Description:
Rolls-Royce is seeking to fill 6 positions within the Overhaul & Maintenance Methods (OMM) skill group as part of the UK&I Defence Mature Programmes portfolio. The role involves defining, validating, and supporting maintenance policies and procedures at the product level, including build and strip methods and tooling.
The successful candidates will support the creation, sustainment, and development of maintenance methods for UK Defence Customers, focusing on Technical Documentation, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO), and Ground Support Equipment - Tooling.
Engineers will be responsible for defining safe, reliable, and cost-effective maintenance and overhaul methods, ensuring support solutions are stable and repeatable, and influencing engine design for supportability. The role offers a challenging, varied, and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities include:

Candidate Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM or relevant engineering experience.
* Strong analytical, logical, and innovative problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of product design, materials, repair, lifecycle, and manufacturing engineering.
* Experience with technical publications and familiarity with XML/SGML is desirable.
* Good understanding of the Defence Mature engines portfolio.
* Security Check (SC) clearance and UK nationality are required.
