What You'll Do Lead and manage corporate transactions from start to finish, ensuring high-quality delivery. Support national-level corporate initiatives and assist on complex, cross-border deals. Contribute to business development and client relationship-building initiatives. About You Qualified solicitor with 3+ years post-qualification experience in corporate law.
