The Role
You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a new Health, Safety and Wellbeing strategy, championing visible safety leadership, and shaping a positive safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert coaching, advice, and guidance to stakeholders
Review and update policies, procedures, and safety documentation
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and preventative actions
Conduct audits and inspections with clear, actionable reporting
Deliver engaging training sessions, including HSE inductions
Support risk assessments, hazard identification, and DSE/office safety management What We’re Looking For
Experience as a Health & Safety Advisor, ideally with NEBOSH General (Construction a bonus)
Strong understanding of safety policies, procedures, and best practice
Confident in investigations, stakeholder engagement, and training facilitation
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise effectively What You’ll Receive
