About the Role
As Leader Manager, you'll oversee a dedicated team of three support staff and take ownership of the recruitment, training, allocation, and ongoing support of our volunteer tour leaders. Your leadership will ensure these valued volunteers are fully equipped, motivated, and aligned with our mission to deliver unforgettable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Volunteer Leader Management
* Lead the recruitment process for volunteer tour leaders, including annual recruitment campaigns and interviews.
* Organise and deliver briefings, debriefings, and ongoing communication to ensure volunteer readiness.
