Finance Administrator – Temporary to Permanent Position
Location: EdinburghHours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pmSalary: Dependent on experience
My client is seeking a dedicated and detail-focused Finance Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis with the view to go permanent after a successful probation period. About the Role
As a Finance Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the finance function, working closely with the key stakeholders across the business. Your responsibilities will include:
* Processing payments
* Responsibility for the purchase and sales ledger
* Creating and issuing sales invoices
* Processing purchasing invoices
* Supporting with ad hoc administrative tasks
* Ensuring financial records are up to date and compliant with internal procedures
This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, good attention to detail, and experience working in a finance or accounts environment.
