Tesco Colleague - Mundesley Cromer Express at Tesco
Salary: starts from £12.45 per hour (£13.66 within the M25). Additional payments may apply depending on location.
Work hours: It is our policy to offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with options to work fewer hours (minimum 12) if desired. Availability windows are used to schedule contracted hours, with 3 weeks’ notice of shifts. We support flexibility; if your availability is close to the advertised times, we would still love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
* Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride; delivering great natural service.
* Be passionate and knowledgeable about products and services in the store.
* Work across service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
* Apply training to work safely, effectively and provide excellent service.
* Make decisions that are right for customers and deliver in-store routines that meet their needs.
* Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create a welcoming atmosphere.
* Understand store performance and your role in driving service, sales, reducing waste and delivering profit.
* Handle products with care to maintain quality.
* Be yourself, live Tesco values, and follow policies.
* Occasionally accept deliveries into the store.
