TheRole: Whether you’re helping tocreate a traditional Sunday lunch, presenting our popular afternoontea or helping to create a menu for one of our themed events takingpart in creating a five-course tasting menu to accompany the finewines from our cellars, as our Chef De Partie you’ll deliver foodthat keeps our customers coming back for more.With a newly created menu for each season, the menu ismodern yet full of classical English charm. The elegant décor andrelaxed atmosphere make the perfect setting for a unique andspecial dining experience.The Chef DePartie will work closely with the rest of theteam to produce consistently outstanding food duringservice. You’ll also assist with everything fromstock ordering, stock rotation, ensuring absolute cleanliness andorder is in accordance with HACCP rules and Audley CompanyProcedures. Finally helping the management team to develop newdishes and menus you will be a vital member of this small, talentedteam. The Ideal Candidate:A proven history ofrunning a section of the kitchen, managing food deliveries &stock control. Food Hygiene Certificate Level2 (preferred). Experience of stockordering. Good level of culinaryknowledge. Positive attitude and tolerantnature. Flexible approach to daily duties andshift patterns. Ability to work underpressure. Warm, professional andempathetic.
