We’re looking for a Bartender to join the team at Phonox.
You’ll be working behind the bar during some of the best nights in London—serving drinks, keeping the energy up, and helping us deliver a great experience for everyone who walks through the door. If you’re friendly, reliable, and love dance music, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Behind the Bar: Serve drinks quickly and confidently, with a focus on quality and consistency.
* Working Together: Be part of a close team—supporting each other on busy nights and making sure everything runs smoothly.
* Keeping Things Moving: Stay on top of stock, cleanliness, and organisation to keep the bar running efficiently.
* Setting the Tone: Help create a welcoming, positive vibe for guests and artists alike.
